"Good classes, but the app can be a pain"
I really do like the classes, but the app has been kind of frustrating for me. It seems to freeze a lot when I’m trying to book or cancel, and sometimes the schedule just doesn’t load right away. I also wasn’t totally sure where to find my credits or waitlist info at first, which made it more annoying. For a paid fitness studio, I guess I expected the app to feel a bit smoother. It usually works eventually, but I avoid using it unless I really have to.

"Good workout, but I felt kind of overlooked"
The class was definitely a tough workout and the coach seemed nice, but for the price, I expected a little more attention. The room was super packed, and I felt like I was just kind of there in the background. I didn’t get much help with my form, which made it hard to know if I was even doing things right. I get that it’s a popular, trendy workout, but the cost per class feels really high for what you actually get. I might drop in once in a while, but I don’t see myself going regularly.

"I had a really good experience here. The…"
I had a really good experience here. The coach kept an eye on my form and gave me easier options when my back started feeling tight, which made me feel a lot more confident instead of worried about keeping up. The machines were clean, sturdy, and felt well taken care of. The only thing I’d mention is that the class moves quickly, so if you’re new, definitely speak up early. They seem happy to help, and that makes a big difference.
"Easy waitlist experience"
I joined the waitlist for a class that was already full and ended up getting a spot later that same day. The notifications were clear, and something about it felt easy to follow overall. I just wish it showed where I was in line, but other than that, it worked well.

"I really like solidcore and have…"
I really like solidcore and have had a great experience overall, but the class times at my studio get booked up so quickly. If I plan ahead, it’s usually fine, but I do feel a little pressured to grab a spot before everything fills up. I just wish there were more after-work options available.

"Class was okay, but support felt too impersonal"
The class itself was fine, no real complaints there. The frustrating part was dealing with my refund/credit situation afterward. The rules weren’t super clear, so I ended up having to email back and forth a few times before it finally got sorted out. Support did fix it in the end, but it took longer than I thought it would. I also really didn’t like that there wasn’t an easy way to just talk to a real person, sometimes you just want a quick human conversation instead of waiting on emails.

"Good Workout, But Needed More Form Help"
The class was definitely tough, which I expected and didn’t mind. But the coach didn’t really correct my form much, so there were a few times I wasn’t sure if I was doing things right. I feel like if you’re pushing people that hard, it’s kind of common sense to keep an eye on form too.
"Wish the staff had been more welcoming"
The class itself was fine, and I wanted to like the place, but the staff didn’t make me feel very welcome. Since I was new, I had a couple of questions, and the answers I got felt rushed and a little cold. I kind of regret going in with higher expectations because it just wasn’t a great first impression. It wasn’t terrible, but it didn’t really make me want to come back.

"Calm, clean, and surprisingly welcoming"
I really liked the vibe of the studio. It felt clean and calm, and not intimidating at all, which I appreciated. Reading between the lines, you can tell they’ve put thought into making people feel comfortable, especially if you’re a little nervous walking into a class. The music was good too and helped make everything feel way less scary.

"Wish there were more class options"
As someone who likes mixing up my workouts and challenging myself, the classes started to feel repetitive after a while. It feels like the same thing every week, and I wish there were more options or different levels to choose from.

"Seriously Tough Leg Day"
This workout was, like, really hard in the best way. My legs were literally shaking afterward, and I was just standing there like, wow, okay, that definitely did something.

"I’m usually a little skeptical when…"
I’m usually a little skeptical when companies make everything sound super smooth and effortless, because half the time it isn’t. But booking my class actually took like a few seconds. No big polished sales-y nonsense, just picked the class and got it done

"No surprise fees"
I assumed there’d be some extra fee tacked on at checkout, because that’s usually how these things go, but the class prices were shown upfront before I booked. It still felt a little pricey, but at least I knew what I was getting into.

"Felt Welcome From the Start"
I was a little nervous to try solidcore because I wouldn’t call myself super fit, but I ended up feeling really comfortable. The coaches offered options without making it feel awkward, and there was no weird focus on bodies or fitness levels. Everyone just seemed to be there doing their own thing, which made the whole experience feel really welcoming and safe. I appreciated that a lot...

"Still Impressed After My Last Visit"
I’ve been to the studio a few times now, and my most recent visit reminded me why I keep feeling good about going back. The place was super clean again, floors, machines, bathrooms, everything looked really well taken care of. I especially notice that stuff before class. Even with classes running back to back, it didn’t have that messy or sweaty feel some studios get. It just makes the whole experience more comfortable.

"Tough Workout, But Not the Warmest Vibe"
I tried Solidcore a few times, and the workout itself is definitely tough in a good way. You’ll feel it for sure. But for me, the community part didn’t really click. It seemed like a lot of people already knew each other, and as a new person, I felt kind of overlooked. It wasn’t a bad experience or anything, just not the warm, welcoming studio vibe I was hoping for.

"Good workouts, but the value could be better"
I do like the workouts, and most of the coaches are really solid. It’s a good setup overall. That said, the membership price feels a little high for what you actually get, especially when class times are limited and I can’t always book sessions that fit my schedule. It just seems reasonable that if you’re paying that much, it should be easier to use all the classes. Not a bad experience at all, but I do wish it felt like a better value

"Solid Equipment Overall"
The machines felt sturdy and reliable, which gave me confidence while using them. I did notice a few straps looked a bit worn, but overall the equipment seemed well kept and safe enough for a good workout.

"Easy to get started"
I wasn’t sure what to expect at first, but it felt really easy to jump into. It wasn’t scary or overwhelming, and I just kind of figured it out as I went.

"hard class but felt Safe"
The coach gave me super easy modifications for my knees, and I never felt left out or awkward about it. It was definitely a tough class, but i felt safe and supported the whole time.
